Booking a private tour with WarsawLuke is easiest through the website, but you can also book via phone, WhatsApp, or email. The cost is 750 PLN per tour, not per person, and you can pay in advance using various methods or with cash/card on the spot. It is highly recommended to book at least 12 hours in advance to secure your spot; a 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour.

How much does a private tour with WarsawLuke cost? Is the price per person or per group?

A private tour with me costs 750 PLN. This is a price per tour, allowing you to enjoy the experience exclusively with your group.

What payment methods are accepted?

To pay in advance: Transfer, Wise, Revolut or payment with a link. On the spot: Cash (PLN, EUR, USD, GBP) or card.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

There is no cancellation fee if you cancel more than one day before the tour. A 50% cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour.

Do I need to book in advance?

I highly recommend booking in advance; the minimum notice is 12 hours before the tour.

Do I issue invoices?

WarsawLuke’s tours are conducted in English and typically last up to 2.5 hours. While there are standard meeting points, tours can be customized to start at your hotel. Tours are suitable for people of all ages and mobilities, and they proceed regardless of weather, so it’s best to dress appropriately. The tours focus on outside exploration of landmarks and historical sites.

My typical tours last up to 2 to 2.5 hours.

Where do tours start and end?

For the “Old Town and Royal Route” and “Criminal Warsaw” tours, the standard meeting point is the Copernicus Monument. For the “Warsaw Ghetto” and “Communism in Warsaw” tours, it’s Grzybowski Square. However, I can start at any hotel or address in Warsaw for your convenience.

What is the maximum group size for a private tour?

For private tours, I generally suggest groups do not exceed 30 people to ensure comfort and a quality experience.For groups over 20, I highly recommend renting an audioguide system, which I can help arrange. For larger groups, it’s possible to divide them into smaller teams with additional guides.

Are tours suitable for children/elderly/people with limited mobility?

What happens if the weather is bad?

My tours generally proceed regardless of the weather, with exceptions for extreme conditions like severe storms or blizzards. If it rains, I advise bringing an umbrella and dressing appropriately. In cases of very heavy rain at the start, we might wait briefly or seek shelter during the tour.

What should I bring on the tour?

I recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for the weather. If rain is forecast, bringing an umbrella is advisable.

Do tours include entrance to museums/attractions?

My tours focus on exploring landmarks and historical sites from the outside, including palaces, churches, and squares.
